As a therapist, my number one goal is to provide a safe space where my clients feel comfortable sharing their issues and concerns as well as exploring possible solutions with me. I strive to provide an environment where you feel safe and valued regardless of your gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion, ability, socioeconomic status, size, or neurodiversity. Whether you are looking to work through relationship concerns, feel stuck and are looking to make a change, or want a safe space to process your unique situation, my door is open.
I have a passion for working with clients in areas that include sexuality, gender, ethical non-monogamy, kink, sexuality and religion, and women’s issues.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples with a variety of diagnoses and issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, infidelity, trauma, and sexuality. I utilize and implement a person-centered and solution-focused approach to treat and find solutions that will work best for you and your specific and unique needs. I also believe in viewing every problem or issue through an intersectional lens in order to connect the many aspects of our lives that influence each decision and situation.
I am currently under the supervision of Tamara Pincus and Mary Ellen Ruff as I complete my residency and work towards my licensure to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
