As a therapist, I strive to help you live a life that is connected with joy, authenticity, and purpose. I value all of the identities, experience, wisdom, and lessons that you bring to the table, and use these to deliver a personalized approach to counseling. I set out to create a warm, approachable, and non-judgmental space for you to show up as your most authentic self, and utilize a blend of Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help you achieve your goals in therapy.

I am a cis gay male therapist, and am passionate about providing tailored, informed care to those in the LGBTQ+ community. I have a broad range of experience with providing services for individuals in settings including hospital, university, and outpatient therapy settings. This experience has allowed me the privilege of working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and identities, and I continue to learn how to best serve those with both differences and similarities to myself.

I provide services for adults 18+ who are experiencing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, issues related to sexual or gender identity, and exploration of relationship dynamics and ethical non-monogamy. My goal is to foster a space that allows you the ability to explore yourself, gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to create meaningful and lasting growth in your life.

This work is personal. If you believe we could be a good fit in helping you work toward your goals, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss how we can best work together.
