I believe that every person is equipped with the inner wisdom and strength to heal themselves, I merely have the honor of being with you as you find (again or for the first time) your inner wisdom and strength to become your truest self. I desire to be with you in your aching dilemmas ultimately inviting you to a space of freedom, hope and expansive love. My therapeutic approach includes person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy, with a particular emphasis on mindfulness. Through calm observation and awareness, I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that is inclusive, curious, compassionate and healing.
I am passionate about helping adults define and achieve sexual fulfillment as individuals and in relationships. I work with people experiencing affairs and infidelity, low/high libidos, the stages of menopause as well as sexual struggles due to cancer, other medical concerns or religious trauma. No matter your relationship desires, I am eager to help you lead a more satisfying and fulfilling sex life. I welcome people in all relationship dynamics and identities as we work together to deepen connection, cultivate delight and strengthen dynamic empathy and understanding.
I transition into relationship and sex therapy from a career in nonprofit and business development, relationship management and systems creation. I am currently under the supervision of Tamara Pincus as I complete my clinical internship and final year as a Master of Social Work student at Radford University while working towards becoming an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.
