Are you feeling stuck in repeated patterns that no longer serve you? Perhaps you are struggling to find a deeper level of self-awareness and connection in your relationships, identity, or sexuality. I aim to hold space in an environment of mutual respect where you can openly explore your desires and challenges free from judgment. Everyone deserves to feel validated, supported, and celebrated. Welcome!
I am a queer-identified, trauma-informed, and person-centered therapist who works with clients of various identities, kinks, and relationship styles to help build skills to support curious self-reflection and empowerment. My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness and integrates creative expression, mind-body connection, and learning about inner parts.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, but all are welcome who are navigating issues of sex and relationships, life transitions, gender expansion, intersecting identities, trauma, substance use, fat stigma, depression, and anxiety. I continue to learn new ways to support the healing and safety of clients, including those from backgrounds, abilities, and identities different from mine.
I am currently under the supervision of Tamara Pincus as I complete my residency and work towards my licensure.
In addition to being a therapist and connecting with other humans, I enjoy being with nature, food, pets, and creating sounds. I am so honored to be part of your journey!
