Are you running into difficulty with things you’re told are supposed to be no big deal? Does the world make you feel like you don’t fit in? I can help you understand why, and what to do about it. I want to help you navigate a world that wasn’t made by (or for) people like you. I want to celebrate who you are and play to your strengths.

I provide structured coaching to create systems and routines that make daily life easier for you. I help build strategies specific to you and your needs. There is no one size fits all. I aim to help you on your journey as your assistant and confidant, providing information, insight, perspective, and resources.

I want to help you find your values, discover new aspects of who you are, and celebrate your journey. I provide a sex positive, accepting space for anyone queer, neurodivergent, polyamorous, and/or kinky – or anyone who thinks they might be. Here are some of the ways I can help you:

  • ADHD Coaching: Organizing, planning, time management, creating structure, tools and systems for remembering and tracking things, note taking, bullet journaling, understanding hyperfocus, executive function
  • Autism Coaching: Exploring and accommodating your sensory needs, learning to identify and understand masking, inertia, burnout, building skill sets around having neurotypical social interactions, how to understand meltdowns, how to teach others how to help you during meltdowns, nonverbal communication, special interests. If you suspect you’re autistic, let me help you explore what that means for you.
  • Gender and Gender Transitions: Exploring your identity, sexuality, relationships, and self-expression. I work with anyone who is or might be transgender, non-binary, nonconforming in presentation, or anyone generally ignoring gender constructs and doing your own thing.
  • Polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures: Navigating changes, opening existing relationships, and understanding different structures and communication that may work for you.
  • Asexuality: Helping you understand and explore the nuances of your asexuality and navigate a world made by allosexuals.
  • Kink: Exploring, understanding, learning and engaging in power exchange, sensory play, roles and identities, and community dynamics in all of their many varieties.
  • Public speaking, communication skills, nonverbal communication techniques: Working with you to overcome anxiety, develop confidence, deliver your message more clearly, and connect with others– whether you’re building skills personally or professionally.

I’m ADHD, autistic, nonbinary, trans, poly, kinky, and experienced with ace relationships. If you identify with any of these, trust me; I get you. Send me an email today and let’s talk.
